Quick Ceviche

1 pound - seafood, cut into small chunks
1 can - chicken stock
1/2 cup - ketchup
3-4 - green onions, chopped


PREPARATION

Simmer seafood in chicken stock for 10 minutes, or until done. Drain and chill. Mix seafood with other ingredients and serve with crackers as hors d’ oeuvres.
