My Mother used your flour to make a cake that was very moist and spongy. The recipe on the box said when you take it out of the oven we would put butter with brown sugar on top with coconut then place it under the broiler. We don’t have this recipe or any of her recipes. I am talking over 50 years ago. Is there any chance you have that in your archives? My sister and brother often talk about this one.

We have been using Presto Flour for years since I was 11 years old. My mom bakes a cream cheese pound cake and I can tell you the family and people go crazy over it. She made a huge poundcake yesterday for family that came out of town and the cake didn’t last.

Hi guys we are in Puerto Rico. We have been using Presto for over 25 years and we have been having problems with your product for the last month. Cake have not been rising like they used to, the are completely cooked. We are buying from Sam’s club and Kikuet distributers in Carolina. Kikuet distributer cake product manager has also told me he has had several bakers complain about the issue. Please verify posible causes.

The batch I received was in 2 lb. bags and not boxes. The bags had no expiration date.
Before I realized it I found that my baked goods turned out rather salty with an off flavor.
Too bad because I’ve been using the Reily Presto Cake Flour for 20 years now

My recipe called for cake flour so I used Presto. Something went wrong. The outside cooked but the middle fell and was liquidy. Had to start over and used regular flour. This is the SECOND time this happened using Presto. I am an experienced baker. Very disappointed 😕 why would this happen??

The packaging is pretty bad. The seams tend to open and leak product. I have had to return several to the supermarket. What happened to the 5lb bag? There is not much we can do with just a 2lb bag.
