Chicken Tiger Sauce
- 4 - chicken breast (cut into 3-4 strips)
- 1 - bell pepper, sliced
- 1 - onion, sliced
- 2 -3 bottles - TryMe Tiger Sauce
- casserole dish
- Boil chicken strips until done, drain and place aside.
- In a pan mix tiger sauce, onion, and pepper.
- Sauté until tender on low heat. In the meantime wrap chicken strips with bacon and place in casserole dish.
- Pour mixture of tiger sauce, onion and bell pepper over chicken.
- Bake 250 1 1/2 hours and then at 350 for 30 minutes.
