Claires Seafood Specialty
- 2 cans - tomato soup
- 2 cans - green pea soup
- 2 soup cans - water
- 2 tablespoons - TryMe Wine & Pepper Worcestershire Sauce
- 3 tablespoons - TryMe Tiger Sauce
- 1 teaspoon - TryMe Tiger Seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon - black pepper
- Minced Onion, to taste
- Minced Green Pepper, to taste
- 1 pound - Cooked, Peeled Shrimp
- 1 cup - fresh crabmeat or 1 can crabmeat
- Saute′ onion and green pepper.
- Add first seven ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Add shrimp and crabmeat, and simmer 30 minutes.
- Serves six as soup.
- If desired, reduce water to one soup can and serve over rice.
