Hash Brown Ham Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 (6 ounce) package - Hash brown potatoes
  • 4 cups - hot water
  • 1/4 cup - butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup - cooked peas
  • 1/4 cup - milk
  • 3/4 cup - grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup - diced, cooked ham
  • 3/4 cup - chicken broth
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons - TryMe Tenneessee Sunshine Sauce

Directions

  1. In medium bowl, combine potatoes and water; let stand 15 minutes.
  2. Drain thoroughly.
  3. Stir in Parmesan cheese and butter.
  4. Press potato mixture on bottom and sides of a 10 inch pie plate.
  5. Bake 400° F. oven 7 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and spoon ham and peas in bottom of pie shell.
  7. In medium bowl beat eggs lightly; add milk, broth and Tennessee Sunshine; mix well.
  8. Pour over ham and peas.
  9. Reduce oven temperature to 350° F.
  10. Bake 50-55 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  11. Cool 10 minutes before serving.
  12. Yield: 6 servings.
