New Orleans Cold-Brew Iced Coffee
- 1/2 cup cold brew coffee
- ¼ cup cold water
- ¼ cup whole milk (or your favorite milk or creamer)
- POUR cold-brew coffee concentrate, water and milk into a tall glass filled with ice.
- STIR well and sweeten to taste, if desired.
New Orleans locals have been drinking cold-brewed coffee and chicory served over ice with milk since at least the 1970s, and it's still a favorite today. It's great anytime, but especially on a hot, humid summer day when you don't want to heat up the kitchen!
