Party Size Mint Sweet Tea

Need lots of thirst-quenching refreshment? Serve this mint-infused sweet tea by the gallon. Brew a Luzianne gallon size tea bag, add homemade mint syrup and enjoy a cooling, delicious and economical iced tea for cookouts, beach trips and just to have in the fridge for the family.



  1. Bring 1 quart (32 ounces) cold water to a boil. Add the tea bag and steep for 3 to 5 minutes.
  2. Squeeze the tea bag to capture excess liquid, then remove and discard.
  3. Add the remaining water and the mint syrup and stir well. Refrigerate in a sealed container until well chilled.
  4. Pour into tall glasses over ice and garnish with sprigs of mint, if desired.
