Taco Bean Soup

Ingredients

  • 3 (#10) cans - pinto beans
  • 1 (9 ounce) package - taco seasoning mix
  • 1/2 jar - beef bouillon
  • 1 tablespoon - TryMe Tennessee Sunshine Sauce
  • 1 cup - chopped fresh onions
  • 2 gallons - water

Directions

  1. Combine water, beef bouillon and taco seasoning.
  2. Mix and boil until beef bouillon and seasoning mix are dissolved.
  3. Add chopped onions and continue to boil for five minutes.
  4. Reduce heat to medium and add pinto beans and Tennessee Sunshine Sauce.
  5. Let simmer for 30 minutes.
  6. Serve hot.
  7. Garnish with broken nacho chips.
  8. Yield: 4 ½ gallons.
