Tiger Rays Chicken & Chops
- 4 cups - white rhine wine
- 5 ounces - TryMe Tiger Sauce
- Combine in a bowl, mix well.
- Place chicken breasts or pork chops in mixture and let marinade for four to eight hours.
- Grill over charcoal and baste while cooking.
- Reserve some sauce and serve with rice as a side dish.
- This is also excellent with fish.
