- 1 - small (4 1/4 ounce) can mushrooms, drained
- 1 tablespoon - butter or margarine, softened
- 1 tablespoon - TryMe Tiger Sauce
- 1/2 cup - sour cream
- Melt butter in skillet and add Tiger Sauce.
- Sauté mushrooms briefly in mixture until well coated and hot.
- Remove from heat, cool briefly and blend in sour cream.
- Serve over broiled hamburger steaks or baked chicken breasts.
