Zesty Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 - 2 1/2 pounds - broiler-fryer pieces
  • 2 tablespoons - butter or margarine, softened
  • 1/2 cup - Try Me BullFighter Sauce
  • 1/2 cup - water

Directions

  1. BROWN chicken in skillet in butter. Drain excess fat.
  2. COMBINE BullFighter and water, then pour over chicken. Cover and simmer 40 minutes or until chicken is tender, basting occasionally. Remove cover, simmer an additional 10 –15 minutes.
  3. SKIM excess fat from sauce and serve sauce over chicken. Good with rice or creamed potatoes. 4-5 servings.
