Wick Fowler Chili Salad

Serves: 6 - 8
shredded lettuce
2 - medium tomatoes, chopped
1 - onion, chopped
1/2 cup - sliced ripe olive (optional)
1 - avocado, sliced (optional)
1 cup - cheddar cheese, grated


PREPARATION

COOK chili according to instructions on package (or heat up leftover chili). On individual plates, place lettuce.

SPOON hot chili on lettuce.

TOP with tomatoes, onion, olives, avocado and cheese, in that order. Serve with tortilla chips.
