Southern Deviled Eggs with Bacon

Serves: 12-16 egg halves
6-8 - hard-boiled eggs
1/4 tsp. - mustard
3 tsp. - sweet pickle relish
3-4 T. - chopped cooked bacon (or bacon bits in jar)
salt and pepper to taste
paprika


PREPARATION

SLICE eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove the yolks.

MASH yolks with a fork and add in next four ingredients, stirring until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Spoon or pipe yolk mixture into egg whites.

SPRINKLE with paprika and chill for 15 minutes or longer before serving.
