Savory Creole Cornbread Stuffing
Traditionally made with leftover cornbread, this savory side dish is great for big family meals as it can be prepped ahead of time and baked right before. (Do not pour the cream mixture on until 20 minutes before you’re ready to bake.) Serve it as a side dish with a h0liday turkey or barbecued ribs, chicken, steak, fried fish or any family favorite.
