Artichoke Dip with Garlic Bread Rounds

Serves: approximately 2 cups
1 can - artichoke hearts, drained
1/2 c. - sour cream
1/2 c. - parmesan cheese
1 touch - garlic and onion salt, season to taste
1 loaf - french bread
2 - 3 T - butter (softened)
2 t - fresh garlic


BEAT first 5 ingredients with mixer til well blended. Spoon into 2 cup casserole.

BAKE in 350 degree oven approximately 20 – 25 minutes.

Garlic Bread Rounds

CUT french bread into 1/2 inch slices

MIX butter and garlic together until well incorporated and spread on one side of the bread.

PLACE on baking sheet.  Put in oven with dip the last 4 or 5 minutes of baking.
