Raspberry Syrup

Ingredients
- 1 pint fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
Directions
- Combine raspberries, sugar and water in a small saucepan over medium heat and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally and gently mashing the raspberries to release more flavor.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Let stand for 30 minutes to an hour.
- Strain through a fine mesh strainer into a resealable container and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
