Dumplings

Yield:

approximately 10 medium sized dumplings

Ingredients

  • 1 cup - sifted Presto
  • 1 - egg
  • milk

Directions

  1. Measure Presto into bowl.
  2. Break the egg into measuring cup and add enough milk to equal 1/2 cup.
  3. Beat egg and milk together and stir into Presto.
  4. Drop by spoonfuls into boiling stew.
  5. Cover and cook 10 minutes.
