Funnel Cakes

Ingredients

  • 2 - eggs slightly beaten
  • 2 cups - unsifted Presto
  • 3 tablespoons - sugar
  • 1 1/4 cup - milk
  • oil for deep frying
  • powdered sugar

Directions

  1. In bowl beat eggs, add Presto, sugar and milk and blend well.
  2. Drop by teaspoonfuls (or funnel cake iron) into hot oil and fry until golden brown.
  3. Remove with slotted spoon and place on absorbent paper.
  4. Sprinkle with powered sugar.
