Half & Half “Buckets”
Prep Time:
5 mins.
Yield:
2 bucket cups (32 oz each)
The Half & Half is a delicious, lemony-sweet iced tea drink that first made its name on the golf course, but now it’s being served up by the “bucket” on front porches, at backyard cookouts, on game days and for other good times. Pour half iced tea and half lemonade into a 32-ounce bucket-style deli container filled with plenty of ice.
Ingredients
- 2 (32-ounce) bucket-style deli containers
- 2 cups Luzianne Iced Tea, strong brewed and cooled
- 2 cups lemonade (fresh-squeezed or store-bought)
- 4 cups ice (divided, about 2 cups per “bucket”)
- Lemon slices, for garnish (optional)
- Fresh mint sprigs, for garnish (optional)
Directions
- Fill each 32-oz cup halfway with about 2 cups of ice.
- In a large pitcher, combine the iced tea and lemonade. Stir well.
- Pour the mixture evenly into the two cups, leaving room for extra ice and garnishes.
- Add additional ice to top off, if desired. Garnish with lemon slices or mint.
