Sweet & Spicy Spiked Tea

When it’s time to tuck into a big plate of barbecue or fried chicken, here’s a Southern cocktail to wash it down with. Take some ice-cold sweet tea and spike it with spiced rum, garnish it with citrus, and enjoy.

  1. Combine the tea and rum with some ice in a shaker and shake until well chilled. Strain the liquid into two glasses filled with crushed ice.
  2. Rub the orange zests around the rims of the glasses, then twist the zests and drop them on top of each drink. Add orange wedge garnishes, if desired.
