Strawberry Iced Tea

Serves: Makes 2 quarts
2 quart size or 8 cup siz - Luzianne Tea Bags
7 cups - boiling water
1 1/2 cups - sugar
1/2 cup - fresh lemon juice
2 pints - fresh strawberries


Steep tea bags in boiling water in pitcher for 5 to 10 minutes. Remove and discard tea bags, add sugar, and lemon juice and stir until sugar is dissolved. Set aside several whole strawberries. Puree the rest in blender and strain into the pitcher. Stir, chill, serve over ice and garnish with whole strawberries. Makes 2 quarts.
