Shrimp Dip

2 large pkg. - Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1 touch - milk
2 T. - Lea & Perrins (minimum)
2 lbs. - shrimp
1 touch - cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. - garlic pure
1 touch - salt
lemon to taste


*Let cream cheese soften first, then cut in little chunks.

BLEND cream cheese with milk, just a little to get the correct consistency.

CUT or grind the shrimp in very little pieces. Blend together. Then add rest of the seasonings, taste everything before and after for the correct amount of seasoning.

Then let this sit over night to let the seasonings blend together.
