Tomato Cheese and Bacon Melts

Serves: 6
1 (16 oz.) - garlic bread loaf, split
3 - tomatoes, thinly sliced
1/2 tsp. - pepper
1 (16 oz.) pkg. - bacon, cooked & crumbled
1 (16 oz.) pkg. - shredded cheddar cheese


CUT each bread half into 3 pieces. Place cut side up on baking sheet. Bake at 450 degrees for 4 minutes or til lightly toasted.

SPREAD mayonnaise evenly over each bread piece. Top with tomato; sprinkle on pepper. Top with bacon; sprinkle with cheese.

BAKE 2 more minutes or til cheese melts.
