Green Goddess Dressing

The classic Goddess dressing taken to the next level.
Ingredients
- 1 avocado, peeled, pitted and chopped
- ½ cup fresh parsley, chopped
- ¼ cup fresh chives, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh tarragon, chopped
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 anchovy filet finely chopped
- 1 cup Blue Plate®️ Mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream or plain low fat yogurt
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon fine salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
Directions
- PUREE in the bowl of a food processor the avocado, parsley, chives, tarragon, garlic, anchovies, mayonnaise, sour cream or yogurt, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- TRANSFER to a resealable jar and refrigerate until the ready to serve.
