- 1 hot, fresh, Classic New Orleans Beignet
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
- French Market Mexican Vanilla Coffee Syrup, to taste
- Powdered sugar, to taste
Directions
Makes 2 servings
- SLICE beignet in half lengthwise.
- PLACE one scoop of ice cream on each half.
- DRIZZLE with syrup to taste.
- SPRINKLE with powdered sugar and serve immediately.
