- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
- French Market Mexican Vanilla Coffee Syrup, to taste
- Powdered sugar, to taste

- SLICE beignet in half lengthwise.
- PLACE one scoop of ice cream on each half.
- DRIZZLE with syrup to taste.
