Mexican Hot Mocha
Ingredients
- 4 oz. cold brew coffee
- 4 oz. water
- 1 TB. cocoa powder
- 1 dash nutmeg
- 1 dash of cayenne pepper
- 2 TB sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla
- Dollop of lightly whipped cream
- 1 cinnamon stick
Directions
- Heat all ingredients except whipped cream and cinnamon stick in a pot over medium heat until the sugar and cocoa are melted.
- Whisk periodically to break up cocoa.
- Pour into cup. Garnish with whipped cream and cinnamon stick.
