Wick Fowler Original Famous Chili Recipe


  • 1 package - Wick Fowler's 2-Alarm Chili Kit, prepared
  • 2 pounds - coarse ground or diced meat (such as chuck, round, stew meat, venison, chicken, or turkey)
  • (1) 8 ounce can or (1) 10-oz. - tomato sauce
  • tomatoes & green chiles (for extra spicy)
  • (2) 8-ounce cans - Water


  1. COOK chili according to instructions on package (or heat up leftover chili). On individual plates, place lettuce.
  2. SPOON hot chili on lettuce.
  3. TOP with tomatoes, onion, olives, avocado and cheese, in that order. Serve with tortilla chips.
