    The inner insert is not in my recent purchase of Cajun Sunshine. Now, it is impossible to control the flow. I hope this is a one-time mistake.

    Not overwhelmingly hot, doesn’t hide the flavor of the food. But the flavor is better than any other sauce I’ve tried. I can’t find it here in southern TN, but my kids travel a lot and always bring home a couple bottles. There’s no grocery store in my tiny little town, but there’s a Kroger in the county seat. Wish they’d start carrying it.

    This sauce is awesome!!! I put it on everything, especially a pesto dish. But one example I haven’t seen, is I buy whole avocados, cut in half so I can eat the avocado with the sauce on. I have been buying by the case for years. Can’t go without it.

    While I do love this hot sauce, it has been increasing difficult to find. I thought I hit a home run at my local Acme Supermarket and bought all! Unfortunately they’re mixing old stock with new. “Best by 12/30/21”, still good?

    Carries the freight like no other. Tasty, not too hot, you can actually taste the peppers. .I use this on many things but the best is over easy eggs.
    Douse it on chicken wings and you won’t go back to the “other big name brand”.
    I have used this for years unfortunately it is not carried in stores in my neck of the woods so I order from Amazon. Still, I am thankful to be able to get it.

      Hi Mrs. Patty, If you prefer not to refrigerate – the sauce will be fine. 60 days from opening the bottle would be the approximate time frame to use the sauce once it has been opened.

    I LOVE this hot sauce! The taste and spicy level is perfect for anything! But I am very sad that I have not been seeing it in my local Shoprite anymore. I’m afraid to finish what I have left! I’m like making it stretch as long as I can 🙁

    I collect hot sauces and keep over 50 bottles at a time that I eat with everything. This sauce is by far my favorite. Every taco night this one comes off the shelf and is one of 3 sauces that is a must to replace every time I run low. Spicy enough to feel and enjoy, but tame enough that it can be used without concern for upsetting your stomach. It is mild enough that most of my friends can handle it even if they are not used to eating a lot of spicy food, and has more than enough flavor to keep everyone happy. You’ve made the perfect sauce! If I could give this more than 5 stars I certainly would.

    We make fresh vegetable juice for breakfast every day. I was looking for a good hot sauce to add some kick to it – after reading many many many labels, I decided to try Cajun Sunshine. The first ingredient on the label is “RED CAYENNE PEPPERS” – not vinegar!! It adds great heat and flavor to our juice. My only disappointment is I can’t get bigger bottles! Thank you, Really Foods!
