Fudge Brownies

Yield:

16 2-inch squares

Ingredients

  • 2 - eggs
  • 1 cup - sugar
  • 1/4 cup - corn oil
  • 2 ounces - unsweeted chocolate, melted
  • 1 teaspoon - vanilla
  • 2/3 cup - sifted Presto
  • 1/2 cup - coarsely chopped nuts

Directions

  1. GREASE 1 (8x8x2 inch) pan.
  2. BEAT eggs well. Add sugar; beat well.
  3. MIX in corn oil, melted chocolate and vanilla.
  4. STIR in Presto and nuts, mixing well.
  5. POUR into prepared pan.
  6. BAKE in 350° oven for about 30 minutes. Cool; cut into squares.
