    I have been purchasing French Market coffee since the 1980’s or 1990’s. It’s been so long I can’t remember which year it was. As a former truck driver, I use to deliver the coffee to our Tops supermarket chain, tried it and have stuck with it since. I’ve tried several other brands like A&P, Luzianne, Maxwell, and always went back to French market. I drink it black and wonder why many kill their coffee with cream an sugar. To save money on freight I buy two cases at a time, 24-cans. It use to cost $10 for freight for 2 cases, now its $28.82. I preferred the 16 ounce cans instead of the 12 ounce cans because they lasted longer. If my figures are correct, each cup only costs 4.8-cents to make. I get 13 12oz pots from each 12 oz. can (using 26 level scoops of coffee), 156 pots per case of 12oz cans. (40¢ per pot, 0.033397 per cup), with freight $150.33 per case, $6.26375 per can $0.481826 per pot. Each case lasts 5.2 months. Coffee is a huge profit for restaurants.
