Incredible seasoning for almost anything! It’s one of the best seasonings in the country. I’ve yet to meet anyone that didn’t love after trying it mixed with melted butter and brushed on steak right of the grill. Even on burgers, even eggs, it’s great. My 96 year-old mother loves it as well and for almost fifty years and always has a canister on hand. I’ve been buying and using it since the “Praise Allah” days in Knoxville, TN in the 1970s. It was really treasured back then before the name and ownership change or wider distribution.

Not a review, just a question. I love tiger sauce, does the seasoning taste like the sauce or is it a different profile?

It’s loaded with MSG! Paleeze!

Hi Theresa,
Thank you for your message and for your interest in TryMe Tiger Seasoning.
We understand that you are concerned regarding MSG, which is an ingredient contained in the seasoning.
This flavor enhancer is used around the world to bring out the delicious flavor of foods.
Glutamate is an amino acid, a component of many proteins. On its own, it imparts umami, or savory flavor; this is the fifth taste along with sweet, salty, sour and bitter. Many foods are naturally high in glutamate including meats, soy sauce, cheeses, mushrooms, tomatoes, etc.
We add MSG to round out the flavor of Tiger Seasoning; it aids in adding to the savory taste of foods this seasoning is generally used on.

Absolutely the best seasoning in the market. I live in TN and Kroger is the only store that carries it and they don’t keep it stocked. I was introduced to Tiger 20 years ago
