Buttercream Frosting
Ingredients
- ½ cup – butter, softened
- 3 ¾ cups – confectioners’ sugar
- 1 tsp. – vanilla extract
- 3 to 4 Tbsp. – milk
Directions
IN a large bowl, with mixer on low speed, combine sugar, butter, milk, and vanilla.
BEAT at medium speed 1-2 minutes until creamy.
If desired add more milk, 1 tsp. at a time, until frosting is spreading consistency.
