Brighten up any holiday party dessert table with this charming Candle Cake. Start with our 1-2-3-4 Layer Cake and decorate it as desired.
Ingredients
- 1 1-2-3-4 Layer Cake, freshly baked
- Mousseline Buttercream Frosting
- 16 ounces white chocolate, melted
- 1 candle
Directions
- FROST cake with Mousseline Frosting, spreading frosting smoothly around cake.
- FILL piping bag with melted white chocolate. Create drips by piping chocolate on and over edge of cake. Let first layer harden slightly, then repeat piping to create the look of melted wax.
- PLACE candle in center of cake.
