Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Ingredients
- 2 - 1/4 cups - sifted Presto
- 1 teaspoon - cinnamon
- 3 cups - oats
- 1 cup - raisins
- 1 - 1/4 cups - margarine
- 1 - 1/4 cups - sugar
- 2 - eggs slightly beaten
- 1/4 cup - milk
Directions
- Combine Presto, cinnamon, oats and raisins. Set aside.
- Blend margarine and sugar. Add eggs; beat until fluffy. Stir in half the dry ingredients, then milk, then remaining dry ingredients.
- Drop batter onto ungreased cookie sheet by teaspoonfuls, 2 inches apart.
- Bake in 400° oven 8 to 10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
