Sweet and Smoky Mayonnaise
Try this flavorful mayo with fried seafood platters, po-boys, burgers, grilled meats or as a dip with chips, fries and hash browns.
- 1 cup Blue Plate®️ Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika, preferably sweet pimenton
- 1 teaspoon Tiger Sauce
- ½ teaspoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
- COMBINE the mayonnaise, garlic, paprika, Tiger Sauce, honey and salt and pepper in small bowl and whisk well. Refrigerate for at least an hour to let the flavors combine.
