Chicory Alexander
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounces brandy
- 1 1/2 ounces brewed* French Market® 100% Ground Chicory, chilled
- 1 1/2 ounces creme de cacao
- 1 1/2 ounces heavy cream
- Cocoa powder, for garnish
- Shaved chocolate, for garnish
*Brew ground chicory just like you brew coffee. See package instructions.
Directions
- Combine brandy, brewed chicory, creme de cacao and heavy cream in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously until well chilled.
- Pour into a martini glass and dust with cocoa powder and shaved chocolate.
