Funnel Cakes
Ingredients
- 2 - eggs slightly beaten
- 2 cups - unsifted Presto
- 3 tablespoons - sugar
- 1 1/4 cup - milk
- oil for deep frying
- powdered sugar
Directions
- In bowl beat eggs, add Presto, sugar and milk and blend well.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls (or funnel cake iron) into hot oil and fry until golden brown.
- Remove with slotted spoon and place on absorbent paper.
- Sprinkle with powered sugar.
