An easy-to-make, delicious Caribbean style seasoned mayo that’s used for dressing a sandwich, making a slaw, and as a dipping sauce for wings or anything dippable.

  1. Combine mayonnaise, jerk seasoning, lime juice, green onions, garlic and pepper in a medium bowl and mix well.
  2. Transfer to a resealable container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
