An easy-to-make, delicious Caribbean style seasoned mayo that’s used for dressing a sandwich, making a slaw, and as a dipping sauce for wings or anything dippable.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Blue Plate® Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Malcom’s Jammin’ Jerk Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 small Scotch bonnet pepper, finely chopped
Directions
- Combine mayonnaise, jerk seasoning, lime juice, green onions, garlic and pepper in a medium bowl and mix well.
- Transfer to a resealable container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
