- 1/4 cup Blue Plate®️ Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 clove garlic, minced (about 1/2 teaspoon)
- Salt, to taste
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, zest, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Let stand for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to combine.
