French Quarter Mule

A New Orleans twist on an old cocktail classic, jazzed up with peach, ginger beer and freshly brewed Luzianne Iced Tea. You can also enjoy this drink hot.

Ingredients

  • Ice, for shaking
  • 2 ounces Luzianne Iced Tea, brewed and sweetened to taste
  • 2 ounces vodka
  • 1 ounce spiced peach syrup
  • 1 ounce fresh lime juice
  • Crushed ice
  • 2 to 3 ounces ginger beer
  • Peach slices, for garnish
  • Lemon verbena or mint sprigs, for garnish

Directions

  1. Combine tea, vodka, peach syrup and lime juice in a shaker filled with ice; shake until well chilled.
  2. Strain into a mule mug or glass filled with crushed ice.
  3. Top with ginger beer and garnish with peach slices and herbs.
